Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- Attempt to access, probe, or test the Platform or other users’ tenants without authorization.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limiting, or audit controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code, models, prompts, or architecture from the Platform.
- Use the Platform to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or harass any person.
- Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or conduct DoS/DDoS attacks.
- Benchmark, compare, or publish performance results without prior written consent.
- Use the Platform to train or improve a competing AI system or substantially similar product.
- Use the Platform for fully-autonomous decisions in safety-critical, life-critical, or legally-determinative contexts without appropriate human oversight and risk management.
- Submit personal data or regulated data outside the scope authorized in your engagement documents.
2. AI and automation
Customers using governed-automation features must adhere to AppForge’s human-in-the-loop defaults, approved model registry, and kill-switch behavior. Customers are responsible for any outputs produced within their tenant and for ensuring downstream decisions have appropriate human oversight.
3. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or security issues via our security contact. We respond to good-faith disclosures and do not pursue legal action against researchers who follow coordinated disclosure.
4. Enforcement
Violation may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of fees, notification to authorities, and pursuit of legal remedies.
