If you are a customer organization and AppForge processes personal data on your behalf, a separate Data Processing Addendum governs that processing.

- Access request information: name, work email, company, role, free-text problem description.
- Account information: email, hashed password, tenant memberships, role, approval status, timestamps.
- Usage and audit data: request metadata, IP address, user-agent, authentication events, policy decisions, and actions taken within the Platform.
- Communications: emails you send us and responses.

- Evaluate and approve access requests.
- Provide, secure, and improve the Platform.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Meet legal, contractual, accounting, and tax obligations.

No system is perfectly secure; we continuously improve controls and publish a vulnerability disclosure contact.
